Information for Our Guests

To protect the privacy of our guests, tours of the facility are not available while guests are receiving treatments. A viewing window is available for our salon. Photos of our facility are available on our social media sites and review websites (TripAdvisor, Yelp, Google+).

If you prefer, you may bring your swimsuit and non-slip sandals for your sauna, steam or vichy body treatments. Robes, slippers and towels are provided for all guests for vichy services and/or multiple services. Please do not bring jewelry or other valuables to Ama Spa, as we cannot guarantee the security of these items. We ask that you turn your cell phones to silent within Ama Spa.

Help us keep Ama Spa a sanctuary of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect the quiet and privacy of other spa guests by refraining from using cameras and cell phones while in the presence of other guests at Ama Spa. We invite you to “unplug” during your visit to Ama Spa and also ask that you speak softly or simply enjoy the silence. Ama Spa is a non- smoking facility. 

We love Children and would like to introduce them to a healthy lifestyle. We respectfully ask that children waiting for an appointment must quietly be attended by another adult, who is not receiving services at all times. For the safety of the young ones and the comfort of our guests; children are allowed by appointment only. Please contact us for any further questions.

We recommend that you arrive a minimum of 15-20 minutes prior to your first treatment so that you may complete important information to assist us with your services.  Upon arrival to Ama Spa, you will be asked to complete a brief health form to assist our spa therapists and/or salon personnel in providing you the best experience possible and to ensure your safety and comfort. We encourage you to disclose any pertinent health conditions that may affect your spa or salon experience. Relax with a cup of tea or spa water in our relaxation area before or after your services. Arriving late may result in a shortened service.

Enhance your home spa experience with a variety of skin, bath and beauty elixirs available in our spa boutique. You can also explore a host of intriguing gift ideas. Some items are seasonal and we also rotate and introduce new items from time to time. Please call our office for product availability and delivery.


Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at Ama Spa. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future guests.


Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. We ask that all new and current guests supply a credit card to reserve your appointment. All cards are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card.

Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges - unless service(s) have required deposit.

Notification given less than 24 hour prior to appointment time will result in a flat rate charge of $25 on all services.

Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.

Same Day Bookings are considered as less than 24 hr booking. Predeposit or Credit Card reservation is required.

Group Reservations require Predeposit and Credit card.

Deposits are non-refundable and credited towards the service(s) being initially reserved.

As a courtesy, an email or cellular text to confirm your service appointments are generated by our booking system at your time of reservation prior to your appointment date. We do understand how easy it may be to forget an appointment therefore all our appointments are confirmed 24 hours prior via email or cellular text service for your convenience. Please ensure that we have your current email address or phone & service carrier on file in order to be able to do so in a way that may be beneficial to you.  It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, cancellation fess and to help us service our other guests in a timely manner.
